She’s known to enjoy a gruelling work out or two.
And Davina McCall, 54, showcased her hard work and incredibly sculpted physique as she posed up a storm in lacy black lingerie.
The Masked Singer presenter, looked sensational as she slipped in to the racy two piece with matching lace trimmed silk robe for her latest collaboration with retailer, JD Williams.
The Masked Singer panelist has clearly kept up her demanding gym schedule in the New Year.
Davina keeps rolling back the years and she posed to perfection in the matching lace trimmed silk robe.
She captioned the post: “Answering the door like … Matching is the magic word!!”
The star, who has released 14 fitness DVDs, is showing no signs of slowing down.
She recently said she has no fear of getting older – and says she will still be hitting the gym for decades to come.
Davina told the Mirror: “Getting older is brilliant because you feel happier in your own skin. When you get to a certain age, the chances are you’ll have been doing a job for a long time and you’ll be really good at it.
“I’ve interviewed so many people now that I know I’m a safe pair of hands. By this age, we’ve all learnt so much – although there’s still lots to learn, too.”
She added: “People say you shouldn’t be weight training in your seventies – rubbish! It’s great for osteoporosis. You know, you shouldn’t let anybody tell you what you should and shouldn’t do.”
Davina also said her anti-ageing tips are to “smile more” before adding “when you’re smiling, no one really cares about”lines and wrinkles.”
Posing sultrily, she slipped the robe off one shoulder as she held up her brunette tresses with one hand.
Davina added two gold bangles to accessorise her raunchy ensemble and a pop of burgundy nail polish.
The fitness fanatic made sure to turn heads in the stunning lingerie as she displayed her gym-honed physique.
Davina has previously come under criticism for her daring outfits, but explained that the ‘second spring’ of life gave her confidence, in an interview with The Source.
The mother-of-three, hit back at her critics, as she said: ‘Ten years ago I would have been nervous about putting myself out there for fear of being judged, and now I really don’t care. I just want to live my life.
‘As you get older I meet more and more men and women in their 50s who are in, I call it, the second spring. We are having this kind of second spring and now I don’t really care – and it’s very liberating.’
She added: ‘With every year that passes and every experience you have, you just begin to care less and less.’
It comes after Davina recently revealed she has an ‘agreement’ with her boyfriend Michael Douglas, to not to talk about their relationship in interviews.
The presenter told Source that she and her hairdresser partner, 47, keep their relationship private to be ‘fair’ to their exes and children.
Speaking to the publication, Davina said: ‘We’ve got an agreement that I don’t talk about our relationship, because our exes and kids don’t have a right to reply, so it’s not fair.
‘We won’t ever talk about us in an interview because somehow words linger and we don’t want that. The podcast is pretty public but our relationship isn’t, and that will never change because we don’t need it to.’
